The standard playbook in consumer AI is dying. Customer acquisition costs are bleeding startups dry - $40 - $80 CAC for a $10/month subscription means a 6 - 8 month payback window that most never survive.

aiC inverts this. By embedding affiliate infrastructure into high-volume creator platforms, we let creators - not paid ads - distribute AI products to their paying subscribers. The creator absorbs the acquisition cost. The platform inherits the volume. CAC hits zero.

State is the differentiator. Most serverless AI stacks are stateless - every request is a cold start, every conversation starts from zero. That works for chatbots. It fails for stateful agents that need to remember, adapt, and persist across sessions.

aiC runs on Cloudflare Workers + Durable Objects: a globally distributed, low-latency stateful compute layer. Each user session is a Durable Object - a single-writer, strongly consistent actor that maintains an in-memory state machine across requests. No Redis. No Postgres. No cold-start context loss.

Linktree-style static links solved a problem from 2018: “I need one bio link.” They fail the 2025 problem: “How do I monetize every conversation I have with my audience?”

aiC’s Affiliate Engine converts contextual dialogue into transactions. When a creator mentions a tool in conversation, the engine surfaces a purchase intent signal - not as a banner ad, but as a native, permissioned product suggestion the subscriber can act on without leaving the chat.

The open web taught us one lesson: once content is accessible via API, it will be scraped, trained on, and commoditized. Creators need a sovereignty layer - a cryptographic gate that sits between their IP and every third-party agent that wants to consume it.

aiC’s Sovereign Gating Protocol is a custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) extension that:

The next step is a federated context graph: a unified, user-permissioned layer that lets any authorized agent read and write context across sessions, across applications, across identity boundaries.
